Yes, there's the popular complaint that Twitter is full of people posting about what they ate for breakfast. But look a little further and you'll find there are IT automation news items, blog posts, resources, links, and conversations being shared there at any given hour of the day. If you don't tweet and don't understand why you should, here's one of many why-use-twitter articles out there.
